Shipping Policy
- Fast Shipping: All orders are shipped with overnight via UPS to ensure that corals and fish have the best possible chance of survival.
- Flat Rate Shipping: We offer a flat rate shipping fee regardless of the order size. Orders over $400 ship FREE with the code 400SHIPFREE.
- Local Pickup: Local pickup is available. Please contact us to arrange a convenient time and date.
- Shipping Locations: We currently only ship to the lower 48 states.
- Weather Considerations: During the summer and winter months, we recommend contacting UPS once you receive your tracking number and asking to have your package held at a local UPS facility. This ensures that corals and fish aren’t exposed to extreme temperature fluctuations.
DOA (Dead on Arrival) Policy & Shipping Changes
- Final Sale Policy: All sales are final. We have a strict no-return policy. Each coral is unique and carefully photographed, listed, and made available for purchase. We cannot accept returns based on buyer’s remorse.
- DOA (Dead on Arrival): In the rare event of a DOA, please email us at coralifesales@gmail.com within 2 hours of receiving your package. Be sure to include photos of the coral or fish. The 2-hour window is strictly enforced for the DOA policy to apply. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package at the time of delivery.
- DOA Refunds: If your item qualifies for a DOA refund within the 2-hour window, we will issue a store credit for the order amount. However, shipping fees will apply on the next order.
- Carrier Delays: We are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier (e.g., UPS delays). Please monitor your tracking information for updates.
Shipping Date Changes
- We understand that life can be unpredictable! If you need to adjust the shipping date, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to schedule a better delivery date so you can be home when your coral or fish arrives.
